Summer Past Farms Antique and Craftshow was held on April 17, 2010 at Flinn Springs, CA. I had my firt booth where I sold custom children's artwork, monograms and my design services. Since this was my first time selling I shared a space with my fellow artist and friend Claudia Marie Chavez-Estrada who owns Busy Bee Studio in Chula Vista, CA. Busy Bee Studios has art classes where Claudia sells her unique handmade paper goods and gifts.
The weather was perfect and my family and friends who came to support me were Tita, Lu, Belly, Sofia, Cri-Cri, Jorge, Jimmy, Alex (special shout out to my helper), Brian, Shari, Emma, Jay, Mary, Dayma and Tom. The girls enjoyed walking the Alpacas and we had fun at the booth selling my poor Frida who had teething pain (note my sad face).
I did not sell much but the day was enjoyable and there is another craftshow in December, I better start painting!
